The FHN Heart & Sole Family 5k Run/Walk is a whole evening of fun on Friday, July 31st!  The offically timed 5k run/walk begins at 6:30pm at the FHN Family Healthcare Center-Burchard Hills and takes you through Freeport's beautiful Krape Park.  Goodie bags and t-shirts will be provided to all participants.

Following the run/walk, join us at Krape Park for a FREE showing of McFarland USA, the inspiring true story of a cross country coach (Kevin Costner) in a small California town who transforms a team of immigrant student athletes into championship contenders.  The fun begins at 7:00 with bike safety demos, healthy exercise ideas, and other activities, and the movie gets underway at dusk.
