2015 Flat Rock Brook 5K Trail Run in the Wild:
Flat Rock Brook Nature Center presents its 4th Annual 5K Run in the Wild trail race along its narrow, uneven trails past a brook, wetlands, quarry and meadows.
Pre-registrants must sign-in before 8 a.m. to receive their bib/# and T-shirt , while race day participants must register between 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. The Run starts at 8:30 a.m. and there is an Awards Ceremony and refreshments at 9:30 a.m. at the Nature Center.
Proceeds of the race benefit FRBNA, a non-profit organization which manages the 150 acre preserve and environmental education center in Englewood, NJ.

Flat Rock Brook is off the Jones Road exit of Rt #4 (east or west) in Bergen County, N.J.
