_ 2015 MMNT's Beards & Beers 5k Run:
• Shave your time, not your beard as we support the Curtis D. Robinson Center for Health Equity at Saint Francis.
• Our post race party will feature manly things like beer and pizza, and you'll get to show off your awesome beard.
• The ladies are more than welcome and encouraged to come out and race with the manliest men in the area.

• A flat and fast course through Manchester and South Windsor, this is a perfect tune-up for the Manchester Road Race.
