NEWS AND NOTES

Since the Saunders at Rye Harbor 10K is a USATF sanctioned event here are a few important reminders.

1. Dogs are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED at USATF sanctioned events.

2. USATF rules prohibit “Baby Strollers in sanctioned road races. (If you are going to push one, you must start at the very back so as not to interfere with the runners.)

3. It is strongly urged that competitors DO NOT wear headphones during the run. This is a safety issue.
