Knees 2 War is the name of 5K and 1 mile events that take place in several locations throughout Oklahoma.  The events emphasize the power of prayer while giving participants the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of precious children across the world in India.  Runners and walkers of all ages and levels are welcome!  Proceeds from these events support the children's home and school projects of Touch India Ministries located near Bangalore, India.

7:30-8:45am Race Day Registration/ Pre-registered Packet Pick Up

9:00am 1 mile run/walk starts (awards given)

9:30am 5K run/walk starts (awards given)
