2015 Run with the Rams 5K:


• Run With the Rams is a 5K Race that is intended to help foster a healthy lifestyle in our youth, build our community and support the Rochambeau MS PTO.
• The race begins and ends at Pomperaug HS.
• Each participant will have a timing chip provided by Fast Track Timing.
• Awards will be given to the top 3 runners in individual age groups.
• Water and snacks will be provided on the day of the race.
