2016 Santa Barbara Veterans Day Half Marathon

• Half Marathon:- Run 13.1 Miles

Located in the  "American Riviera" in Santa Barbara, Southern California, this point-to-point course begins on the picturesque campus of UC-Santa Barbara and heads down to the beautiful Goleta Beach and onto the scenic Route 217. Runners then skirt the exclusive community of Hope Ranch, wind through the Santa Barbara mesa area, and finishes with a stunning two mile descent to the sparkling Pacific Ocean along the Santa Barbara coastline.  The Santa Barbara Veterans Day Half Marathon will treat entrants to a striking backdrop of mountains and sea in this  beautiful destination city.

HALF MARATHON

The race begins on Saturday, November 7 at 7:00am from UC-Santa Barbara's University Plaza.

The cut off time for this course is 4 hours or 18:18/mi pace.

AWARDS

Awards will be given out in the following categories based on official gun time:

• Overall Male & Female: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
• Age Groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over
• Wounded Warrior
