2016 bg26.2 & Half Marathon

IT’S OFFICIAL!!! bg26.2 is a Boston Qualifier!

The 13.1 course runs through downtown Bowling Green and WKU campus. (Run twice for marathoners.) Runners will finish at the BG Ball Park. Participants will receive a swag bag and tech shirt. Finishers will receive a finisher's medal and finish area refreshments. 

The minimum age requirement for the half marathon is 12 years old and 16 years old for marathon.

Marathon Awards: overall awards to male/female winner, masters male/female and grandmasters male/female. Awards also given for 1st thru 3rd age group winners.

Half Marathon Awards: overall awards to male/female winner. First place awards for age group winners.

Expo/pasta dinner and packet pick-up will be held at the National Corvette Museum on Saturday, November 5 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. The National Corvette Museum is located off Exit 28 on I-65. Race day packet pick-up will be from 6:00-6:45 a.m. at the Bowling Green Ball Park (site of start and finish). No race day registrations.

All proceeds will go to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of Susan B. Riherd.
