Smithfield YMCA 4th Annual Monroe Allen Memorial 5k Road Race

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

USATF certified 3.1 mile course starting at Smithfield YMCA and running on a beautiful, moderate course. First 150 participants in the 5k will receive a t-shirt.

Light refreshments will be available following the race.

5k awards to Overall 1, 2nd, 3rd place male & female. First male & female YMCA member and 1st place in Junior, Open, Sub-master, Master, Senior, Veteran and Grand Veteran.

Fundraise $200-waive entry fee and a free one month membership to the YMCA

*all checks made payable to the Smithfield YMCA and must be presented at the Y upon registration.

Fundraise $300-waive entry fee and a free two month membership to the YMCA

I assume the risk associated with this event, included but not limited to fall, contact with participants, the effects of weather, including heat and humidity, the conditions of the road, all such risk being known.  I further grant my permission to use any photographs, videotapes, or other record of this event.  T-Shirt size is not guaranteed.  I understand that all entries are final with no refunds.  I have read the forgoing and certify my agreement by this signature, and my parent’s/guardian’s if under 18.
