2016 SPRING EAGLE TRAIL RUN:
• Soaring Eagle Regional Park is a square mile of trail running playground set in the middle of a suburban development on the Sammamish plateau. Running through the center of this relatively flat park is a gravel pipeline trail, and radiating outwards is a web of swooping single-track trails. Step onto one of these trails and you’ll be quickly transported away from the stress of the city and tuned into the rhythm of dabbing over rocks and roots. The twists and turns at Soaring Eagle keep you on your toes and smiling. With no major elevation change, this run contains the glee of a backyard roller coaster set in a mossy wonderland.
