Description
The Build your Base/Train for a 10K is for the runner who has already run at least one or two 5ks and is ready to build a running base and move up to running 10ks and get a little faster. Join Tory Klementsen of Journey Fitness to work on increasing mileage and the number of times you run each week, as well as adding in speed work and other challenges.
