The long road reveals who we are. For every uphill, there is a downhill!!

The runs will begin promptly at 8:30 am at the Stoner Boat Launch and are open to all runners from those looking for a hard workout or those who just want an enjoyable run with their fellow runners.  A clock will be set up at each run.  There will be water stops provided during the run and hot chicken soup after each run along with snacks
