Read the books - Run the race - Meet the AUTHORS! - Support our library
Join us Saturday, June 4th at 10 a.m. for the second annual Readers, Writers, and Runners 5K race to benefit the Phillips Public Library. The race begins and ends at the library, located in the historic Paul G. Whittemore building on Main Street in Phillips, Maine. The course features a run through downtown, punchy hills, long flats and two scenic bridge crossings over the beautiful Sandy River.
After the race, stick around for an awards ceremony, prize raffle for all participants, live music, good food, and best of all, a chance to meet talented Maine authors.
$10 early registration, $15 day-of
Registration begins at 9 am in the library parking lot.
Free t-shirts will be available to early registrants!
