Hollister Police Explorers 5K Foot Pursuit

Running in pursuit of law enforcement's future!

Join us for the Inaugural Hollister Police Explorers 5K Foot Pursuit on Saturday, May 14 in Downtown Hollister! Foot Pursuit is a 5K run/walk fundraising event to support the Hollister Police Department (HPD) Explorer Program and establish a scholarship for children of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. The event will host not only a 5k run/walk, but also a sponsor and vendor fair, food vendors, and a kid’s zone for friends and family of the participants. Foot Pursuit’s aim is to have a day of support for Explorers, their pursuit in becoming law enforcement’s future officers, the children of fallen officers, and also, to build a closer relationship between law enforcement and the public.

Create a team of five in one of three categories: Law Enforcement, Explorers or Civilian. Each member will receive a $5 discount when the fifth person registers! Awards will be given to the top three teams in each category. Teams are not required, you are welcome to run as an individual as well. All participants will receive a finisher's medal!

Race Day Packet Pickup will begin at 8 am at San Benito Street and Fourth St in Downtown Hollister. The 5K will begin at 9 am.
