2016 Run To Break The Silence:
Please join Idaho Bethel #59 and Idaho Bethel #47 of Job's Daughters International for our annual Run To Break The Silence benefitting the Hearing Impaired Kids Endowment (HIKE) Fund. Events include: 10K walk/run, 5K walk/run, and 1 mile silent walk .
A race t-shirt and goody bag will be given to all adult participans (no gaurantee of size if registering after May 1).
Course Info
The course begins at the "band shelter" in Freeman Park and follows the trail within the park south to the Idaho Falls Green Belt. The 5K turn around is shortly after joining the green belt and the 10K crosses the river at Broadway, continues north along the green belt to turn around near the Shiloh. The 1 mile and 1/2 mile silent walks are held within Freeman Park.
Online registration is available through May 13. Onsite registration begins race day (May 14) from 8:00-8:45am. The 5K and 10K races begin at 9am and the 1 mile and 1/2 mile walks begin at 9:15am.
