The Mommy Dash 5K Run/Walk

• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles
• Kid Fun Run:- Run 1 Mile

We are excited that this year's Mommy Dash 5K Run/Walk is an officially timed race! We will be hosting this exciting event on the beautiful Dutchess County Rail Trail.

On-site registration will begin at 7:30 am. Our Kid Fun Run (one mile) will begin at 8:30 and the start of our 5K run/walk will be at 9:00. Medals for all kids, and there will be awards for adults too! Strollers are welcome- walkers and runners with strollers will line up in the back.

All procceeds from this race will be donated to Sparrow's Nest, a local 501(c)(3) charity that prepares and delivers meals to families with moms or other caregivers battling cancer. Help us to continue to nourish these families by joining us on May 1st! 

There won't be any wine at the finish line, but there will be plenty of music, special guests and awesome vendors. We can't wait to see you there!!
