We have an extra day this year!! Woo hoo!! Since this day is so special we thought to ask our favorite yogi, Lauren Reese of Breathe Yoga, to lead us in an interactive restorative yoga session at the store!!! We are a running/walking store so we should definitely get in some forward movement before Lauren stretches us! We decided on an easy 2.29 miles in honor of Leap DAy!! We will have some refreshments.
