Miles for Moms is an annual tradition that brings people together on Mother’s Day weekend to truly celebrate Mom while raising fund for Florence Crittenton Services – a Denver based nonprofit that educates, prepares and empowers teen mothers to be productive members of the community. 

Join the 12th Annual Miles for Moms 5K Run/Walk at Sloan’s Lake Park (17th Ave & Utica St) on Saturday, May 7, 2016.  This event is open to people of all ages and sizes.  You can run or walk – you can push a child’s stroller, jog with your dog, or run to beat your personal record (option to have your race timed as a qualifier for the BolderBOULDER).

Bring your mother and your family too! Miles for Moms includes family-friendly activities such as face-painting, Mother’s Day card-making, balloon artists, and more! Your participation will make a big difference in the lives of teen moms and their children.

Registration is $25 and includes a t-shirt designed by a teen mom at Florence Crittenton.  Children under 10 years old participate for free.  Participants are encouraged to create a team and help raise funds to support Florence Crittenton Services.  Prizes will be awarded to the teams with the most creative costumes and most funds raised!
