Hope Triathlon & RunStrong 5K - -

• Hope Triathlon:- Swim ¼ Mile, Bike 13 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles
• RunStrong 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

These races make up the Penobscot Bay YMCA race weekend that supports the LiveStrong at the YMCA Cancer Survivor program the Y offers.  Both races feature chip timing and a great facility at the Camden Snow Bowl to enjoy your time.  Join us for some great races and plenty of food after to complete your race experience.  

Hope Tri: The swim takes place and Hosmer pond and consists of a 1/4 mile counter clockwise swim.  The bike is the most challenging part with a 13 mile ride with several climbs on the course.  The run is a fast out and back course that has only one small hill.

RunStrong 5K:  This event features the same fast out and back course as the Hope Tri with only 1 small hill.
