COURSE DESCRIPTION

Join us at Piedmont Park for our 7th annual Atlanta Free to Breathe 5K! This flat and fast loop trail winds along the beautiful Park Loop trail and is perfect for runners, walkers and people of all ages.

The start/finish takes place in front of the Active Oval near the Aquatic and Tennis centers and the Large Picnic Shelter (#11 on the map) Look for directional signage throughout the park. 

Parking is available at the Piedmont Parking Deck on Monroe Dr. for a fee.

There is also parking available along 10th and in the surrounding neighborhoods at no charge. Just be aware of parking regulations and allow extra time to get to the start line. Marta is also an option.
