4th Annual Rally For Ron 5k Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run...

• 5K:- Run 3.1 Miles

The 4th Annual Rally For Ron 5K will be returning to the Russell Commons Park in Alton, IL.  This race is fun for all ages and fitness levels.

The course is run on the Confluence Trail atop the levee next to the Mississippi River.  With the exception of a small hill at the start/finish line the course is flat and open so if you're looking for a personal record then this is a perfect race for you!  

All 5k participants will receive a Finisher Medal!!

• Time: 8:00 AM - 5k Run/Walk.  Kids Fun Run immediately following
• Location: Russell Commons Park, Alton, IL.  Mostly flat course along the Confluence Trail
• Registration:
• $15 Early Bird Special thru June 30 (includes t-shirt)
• $20 July 1 thru August 31 (includes t-shirt)
• $25 September 1 thru race day at 7:45 AM (t-shirt not guaranteed)
• $10 Kids Fun Run (includes t-shirt, not guaranteed after September 1)
• Packet Pickup:
• Race Day beginning at 7:00 AM
• Saturday, September 10 from 2:00-5:00 PM location TBD
• Awards: Overall male & female, along with the top 3 finishers (male & female) in each age group
• 12 & Under
