The Norristown 5k and Pump N Run was established with the purpose of supporting Norristown Area High School Athletics.

Event details and schedule

It is a family-friendly high anticapted event among runners and fitness enthusiasts. Participants choose to participate in a 5k run only OR a combined Pump & Run that includes the 5k race and bench press competition.
