Dennis M. Lynch Jr Memorial Scholarship 5k

The DML Jr. "Long May You Run" 5K run/walk has been established to enhance the Dennis M. Lynch Jr.'74 Memorial Scholarship Fund at St. Raphael Academy, in Pawtucket, RI. Dennis was a 1974 graduate of St. Rays, and later returned be become the Varsity Basketball Coach. Sadly, he passed away at the young age of 33, leaving a void in many lives. The Scholarship Fund provides young adults the opportunity to follow in Dennis's footsteps at St. Rays. Since the inception of the fund in 1990, hundreds of students have benefited from this financial assistance to help them achieve their goals. Tech T-shirts to 1st 125 registered runners.   Run through scenic Slater Park for a 5k closed course for a safe environment for families.  Cash prizes to top male and female.  Medals to 1st place in age group. Race day sign up $30. Students under 18 $15.00.
