Run the Hook 5K & 10K

Run The Hook is a brand new race coming to the Jersey Shore at one of its most historic locations. With breathtaking views of both Atlantic Highlands and New York City, Run The Hook aims to offer athletes a unique environment to run in and support a local charity. The inaugural event will include 5K and 10K races for athletes of all abilities. The race provides the perfect opportunity for runners to kick off the summer at the beach while running through the natural beauty of one of American's finest National Parks. 

We are honored to be able to partner with Clean Ocean Action as our charitable beneficiary. A portion of the proceeds from the race will go directly to the charity to help them preserve and improve the quality of New Jersey’s oceans. All you have to do to help is join us on race day and run for an incredible cause. A piece of your registration fee will go straight to the charity and you can also make an additional donation before you register. We are proud to be able to give 100% of that additional donation directly to COA.
