Timothy Race 5k

• Timothy Race 5k:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Timothy Race is a FREE 5k run/walk designed to support and encourage people to get in, stay in, and finish their faith journey. The Race specifically focuses on persuading people to ‪#‎RUNforJesus‬ and commit themselves to staying on the course no matter their walk in life. These efforts are realized by interfaith community involvement, local businesses and community leaders who join through donations, sponsorships and in-kind support.

What makes our 5K different? This is not your ordinary race. There are no fees or ordinary "prizes" just as in the race of life. The Timothy RACE is a ministry opportunity to share the gospel and get people excited about the opportunity to #RunFORJesus! In a generation where Pastors are resigning their positions at record levels, churches are sitting as empty museums, where less than 4% of our youth will profess their faith and people are seemingly casual about their relationship with GOD, this race is a jumpstart to a faith journey. Just as in life there are hills and valleys, so will the Timothy 5k RACE reflect this experience. A team of Pastors/Prayer Warriors and volunteers will pray for and worship with the finishers of this race and expect a move of GOD that moves the city.

Event will be held at Grey Middle School on the Football Field/ Track. The location can be accessed by State Road 33 in Groveland.
