Sweet Dreams Infertility Awareness 5k

• Sweet Dreams Infertility Awareness 5k:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Sweet Dreams Infertility Awareness 5k was created by the Summit County Motherhood Initiative. The purpose of this event is to bring infertility awareness to the community and to give at least one person or couple the Dream Grant (up to $10,000) for infertility treatments or adoption costs. The winner(s) will be announced immediately after the race finishes.

5k run: course is mostly flat Akron Streets (2 miles) with one mile on the Towpath, also flat area. Start at Lock 3, run North on Main Street . U-Turn at Market to head back south on Main Street. Turn Right on Barges Street cutting into the Towpath. Run one mile North on the Twpath and END at Lock 3.

1 Mile Walk: Course starts outside of Lock 3, Walk North to Main Street. U-Turn on Market St. Turn RIght onto Exchange St. Cut into the Rubber Ducks parking lot and onto the Towpath. End at Lock 3.

Bib pick up will be at 1:30pm
