Roc Duathlon

• Roc Duathlon Sprint Distance:- Run 2.5 km, Bike 16 Miles, Run 5km
• Roc Duathlon Intermediate Distance (Individual and Relay):- Run 5 km, Bike 24 Miles, Run 10 km
• 5K Trail Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

All proceeds benefit I AM ISIAH, a not-for-profit organization based out of Rochester, New York, created to provide guidance and assistance to people struggling with suicidal thoughts and families dealing with suicide.
