Whitewater has always been known for its charm and ideal location, nestled within the forest, lakes, prairies, and hills of the Kettle Moraine State Forest in southeastern Wisconsin. The Discover Whitewater Series is a unique series of events that will offer opportunity for all ages and levels. Cash prizes to the top 3 male and female participants in the Half Marathon plus age group awards, prizes and/or age group awards in the 5K, medals for Fit Kid Shuffle participants, and Kids Koral day care services available on-site FREE for participants and volunteers (pre-registration only).

Prize Money/Awards

All registered participants for the half marathon, half marathon relay, 5K and W3 Fit Kid Shuffle will receive a finisher’s medal.  In addition to the finisher’s medal, awards will be presented to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners within the different age group categories for the half marathon and the 5K.  An award & purse prize will be presented to the top three overall men and women in the half marathon. The order in which the awards ceremony will take place is the 5K, Half Marathon Relay, and then Half Marathon.

Half Marathon Top Overall Finishers PURSE & Award: 1st – 3rd Place Men’s/Women’s Overall – $400, $250, $150

Age Group Category Awards Half Marathon AND 5K

Customized drinking glasses will be given to the top three finishers in each age group.  Overall winners will be excluded from the age groups and will not receive age group awards.  Age group awards will be distributed as follows.

Male and Female – 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over.

Wheelchair Division Half Marathon: 1st – 3rd Place Men’s/Women’s Overall – Awards

Half Marathon Relay Teams: 1st – 3rd place Men’s Team Overall – Awards, 1st  – 3rd place Women’s Team Overall – Awards, 1st – 3rd place Co-ed Team Overall – Awards
