Registration for the Frosty Foot 8k, 30k and 50k is open! Prepare for a great scenic rolling course. There are 2 Aid stations on the 30k and 3 on the 50k . Each Aid Station will have water, and electrolyte, gels, additional foods are available at some aid station. An updated list will be sent to all registered runners prior to race day.
Frosty Foot is going CUPLESS! Foot Rx and RUN828 Foundation are dedicated to protected the forest and trails we all love! As part of our continued comitment to hosting sustainable events and limiting waste we ask that you carry your own water bottle cups will not be available at the aid stations. You should be carying a water/electrolyte source for the race - plan on refilling it as necessary at the AID STATIONS. We want the trails to look better when the race is finished than when it started. THANK YOU for your comitment to keeping our forests beautiful!!
On-Line Registration closes once our permit limit of 350 is met or on January 2nd at Midnight. Paper registration is available at Foot RX Running Store 1979-A Hendersonville Rd, Asheville NC 28803. If any slots remain there will be Race Day Registraition January 7th from 7 - 8am.
To Locate Race Start put Tsali Rd Almond NC or Tsali Campground in your GPS or Google maps and that will bring you down the correct road. Once on Tsali Rd - stay on the road until you see turn signs for parking.
