Race4Respect™ is the only 5K and 1K Kids Dash in the nation’s capital dedicated to Down syndrome awareness. The 5K is a UASTF timed race. Strollers,wheel chairs and walkers are welcome, Race4Respect™ is a family friendly event! Check out the course map HERE.

The Race4Respect™ believes that experiencing an event with someone who has Down syndrome or any other disability will help to eliminate negative judgments and stereotypes.

Be a part of the Race4Respect™ in DC no matter where you live! People from ACROSS THE COUNTRY will be running in honor of their connection to Down syndrome with family, friends, co-workers, classmates or even solo as part of the 2017 Race4Respect™! Virtual runners will receive a race t-shirt, medal and bib! Registration for the Virtual R4R will close 5/19/2017!
