Chilly Willy 5K/10K...

- 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles
It's winter time! It's cold! AND…it's time to go run with the big Chilly Willy Bear. This year we're moving the race to downtown Sugar Hill, GA. The 5K is on a certified course and starts at 8:30 am, the 10K is a double loop and also starts at 8:30 am...we'll even have the opportunity to go ice skating afterwards. All participants will be receiving their very own Chilly Willy Hoody. We'll also have awards for the top 3 Overall, Masters, Sr. Masters, Grand Masters; as well as all the usual 5 year age groups (10 & under - 75+)

Course & Timing:
We're in North Georgia, and there's not much that anyone can call flat & fast. So…yes, there are some hills, but you'll be so busy having fun, that you won't even notice. We'll be chip timing the race, with live scrolling results as you finish.
Awards & Goodies:
We have awards in both races for the top 3 overall M/F, Top 2 overall masters M/F, Overall Sr. Masters, and Overall Grand Masters and the top 3 in each of the normal 5 year age groups 10 & Under through 75+.
Awesome hoodies: (guaranteed in your size if you register by 1/1, afterwards they're available while supplies last.
Ice Skating: The finish line is right next to the Sugar Hill's Ice Skating rink, and we're working hard to get everyone a pass for after the race.
Five Star Championships & Turkey Trot:
This is one of the last opportunities for top finishers to earn a spot in the championships to be held in Dec., 2017. The number of spots available is based on the total registration...All participants will automatically qualify for FREE entry into the Five Star Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. see event website for details.

Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
