Please help support the Ipswich Track and Field team by participating in this annual tradition.  The Freezin' for a Reason/Resolution Run and Plunge is a 2.017 mile race/walk along beautiful Cranes Beach in Ipswich, Massachusetts.  Prizes are awarded to the first 50 finishers, and all participants are welcome to take the plunge into the Atlantic following the race.
