Join the Utica College community as we train to complete the Utica College Pre-Health Professionals Society 5K road race on April 22, 2017! Our Couch-to-5K is designed to guide you safely and effectively into running. The program includes weekly group training sessions, diet plans, and expert exercise plans approved by Utica College's assistant track coach Devyn Ramsay. This event is open to all levels of runners! All of the proceeds will be donated to Community Cares for Kids.
