“OLD GLORY” FLAG RELAY & HEALTH FAIR

STARTS/ENDS AT THE V.A. CLINIC   4602 N. BARLETT AVE.

7a.m.-7:45a.m.registration8a.m.ceremony8:20a.m. relayhealth fair9a.m.– 12p.m. 

                       On-line preregistration closes, Wednesday, January, 11, 2017

  1. Registration 3-man team $40       Kid’s Run $10

  2. Relay is a 6 mile relay and at the end of each leg will pass a flag.

  3. Registration & Waiver of Liability signed & submitted together.   If a minor, you require a parent’s/guardian authorization/signature.

  4. Make check or money order payable to Laredo Honor Flight & submit with registration form to Event Coordinators or participating businesses.

  5. Participating businesses: Laredo Honor Flight 1219 E. Bustamante

         Momentum Running Co. 1202 E. Del Mar, Hamilton Trophies 1320 Garden St.

  1. T-Shirts guaranteed for those 200 runners who register before January 7, 2017.

  2. Every relay runner will receive a Patriotic Coin at the finish line.

  3. Every runner must carry a flag during the relay course.

    Note: Flags allowed during the course: U. S. Flags, Military Branch of Service, Battalion, Company, Mission, Operation, Guide On, U. S. State, Business, Civic Organization, or Family. SIZE: 3X5 or smaller, must be on a pole & not allowed to be worn on the runner.   Others flags are subject to approval.

  4. All active duty, reserve, retired military veterans, law enforcement, first responders, high school R.O.T.C., businesses, civic organizations and anyone desiring to honor a Military Veteran are welcomed to participate. You may have the picture of the veteran on your T-Shirt or Flag.

10.Prohibited on the course & health fair: pets(only certified service dogs allowed),              

       bicycles, in-line skates, skateboards, hover boards & kids.

11. Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed Team and Individual Costume also.

   12.Post Race Festival - food, drinks, music, health fair, exhibitors, & Kids Zone.

   13.Pickup Packet Party Friday, January, 13, 2017. 4p.m.-7p.m. at Momentum
