Fayette Medical Center 5K

The Fayette Medical Center 5K and Fun Run takes place March 11 in Fayette, Ala., starting at the hospital. The 5K course will be certified this year and fun run has been improved from our First Annual! To add to the fun, this year’s Fun Run will be a color run and items like boas and bracelets will be provided for participants to wear.

The event will highlight National Nutrition Month.

The 5K and Fun Run costs $25, which includes a goody bag and T-shirt for the first 100 registrants. Proceeds will support the FMC Volunteer Auxiliary and scholarships for local students.

Event details and schedule

5K will start at 8:30am and Fun Run to follow at 9:15am. Event registration takes place from 7:30 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. on race day in front of the hospital. Packets may be picked up the day before in the hospital lobby or the morning of at the registration booth.
