Hares 'N' Hounds 5K and Fun Runs 2017

• 1/2 Mile Fun Run/Walk:- Fun Run

Hares N Hounds 5K and Fun Runs is a fundraiser for the Atascadero Greyhound Foundation (atascaderogreyhoundfoundation.org).  The 5K course is a certified loop run that starts and finishes at the same spot at the Atascadero Lake.  The first and last miles of the 5K are around the lake and therefore pretty flat.  The second mile of the 5K is somewhat hilly.  The 1-Mile and 1/2-Mile runs are out and back from the same start as the 5K. The 5K course is well marked.  There are no road closures so good traffic awareness is important. The 5K awards are hand made ceramic medals to the top three in each male and female age group (5 year increments).

Pre-Registration/Package pick-up

Friday March 4^th, 12-4pm (At the K-Man Cycle & Run store, 9530 El Camino Real, Atascadero)

Race Day Registration &b Packet pick up:

5K - 6:45-7:45 am

1 Mile fun run – 6:45-8:30 am

1/2-Mile fun run – 6:45-8:45 am

Race Start Times:

5K start:  8:00 am

1 Mile start: 8:45 am

1/2-Mile start: 9:00 am

*Awards (Ceramic medals for 5K age groups-top 3) and Raffle will start at 9:30am.

**There will NOT likely be shirts available race day!
