Rock it in Aliso & Wood Canyons 5K & 17K...

• 17k Run:- Run 10.56 Miles

Rock it where Rock It Trail lives!  Aliso & Wood Canyons are home to some of the most awesome trails in OC!  The 5K is especially good for first-time trail runners. The 17K has some nice long stretches where you can get into a nice groove, and a couple of climbs to challenge you (yes, Rock It trail, uphill, it included)!  All finishers receive a custom finisher medal and a t-shirt.

Race parking and check in is at Laguna Niguel Regional Park, and the race's start & finish line is across the street (Alicia Parkway) at the Aliso Creek Trail -East trail head.  Note:  Do not park at the Aliso & Wood Canyon entrance.  You will not be in the right place!

Top three overall winners in the 5K and 17K race receive special awards.

Age group winners receive awards three deep in the following categories:  19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
