Join us at the MWR Fest Tent on 11 March for much more than your average 5K & 1K run. Our event will be rockin’ to the sound of traditional Irish pub music, ladies and gents enjoying green beer, Guinness and Guinness Blonde, face painting for the kids as well as events the entire family can enjoy. We encourage all participants to dress up in order to be entered into the “best dressed” contest consisting of the following categories; Best Family, Best Leprechaun, and Tricked out Stroller! Dressing up not your thing? That’s totally fine because as a racer you will automatically be entered in to win giveaways at the end of the race! The finish line awaits with a pot-o-gold and one fine finisher medal for all who cross it. Whether it is purchasing a refreshing beverage after the run, chowing down on some popcorn or cotton candy or watching your kids bounce around in the bouncers, you’re bound to have a great time! Bring your selfie stick because we will have many photo booth opportunities, as well as various events happening around the tent for all ages to enjoy! Again, this is not just your average 5K & 1K, THIS IS THE 2017 SHAMROCK N’ RUN, “A WEE BIT O’ IRELAND”!
