The Biz Dash 5K returns to Ballpark Village on Thursday, August 31, 2017! Produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission, the Biz Dash brings St. Louis area businesses and their employees together to celebrate civic pride, team camaraderie and living a healthy, active lifestyle. The inaugural year included 120 St. Louis area businesses and 2,000 participants!

Think of the Biz Dash as a Thursday night happy hour wrapped around a 5K in Downtown St. Louis. All levels of walkers and runners are encouraged to participate for your "Company Team." The event includes live music, food, drinks, company tents and tailgating so bring out the entire office!

At the Biz Dash, you can promote health and wellness in the workplace - or just use it as an excuse to head outside for a fun night with friends and colleagues. Join us for a memorable evening of friendly competition and networking!!

The Biz Dash 5K benefits the St. Louis Sports Foundation, the 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of the St. Louis Sports Commission. The Foundation focuses on promoting sportsmanship and creating positive environments for kids to play sports so they lead healthier, happier lives. Reaching out to coaches, parents, administrators and young athletes, the organization strives to make youth sports enjoyable while reinforcing the importance of respect, civility, selflessness and integrity.
