Footsteps for Fertility Foundation is a charitable organization created to raise awareness surrounding infertility, and provide grants for those who require fertility treatments such as: In Vitro Fertilization, Frozen Embryo Transfer, and Intrauterine Insemination through donations and strategic partnerships with fertility clinics.

• Various clinics in the Washington area have donated their services for a cycle of IVF, in kind to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded at the 5k race as a Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant. We thank them for making this event possible:

• In addition, monies raised at event will be awarded as a monetary Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant (typically $5,ooo). 

The random selection process for the grants will take place directly following the 5K race. Each registrant will receive one complimentary ticket with their registration that may be entered for random selection to be awarded a Footsteps Grant for themselves, or for someone they are supporting at the event. Please share this with anyone you know who needs fertility treatments.

**Please note that everyone who will be applying to receive a Footsteps for Fertility Grant must attend the race and must also fill out the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant application. The application can be found at our website under the grants tab.**

Event details and schedule

The First Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Seattle 5k race will be held at Seward Park, Seattle Washington from 9am to 11am on April 22nd 2017. The drawing for Footsteps for Fertility Grants will take place after the race. All runners, walkers, sleep-ins, children, babies and other supporters are welcome to the festivities!  

Grant applicant (Team Captains ONLY) check-in and T-shirt pick up will start at 8:00am at Seward Park. Race will follow starting at 9:00am. 

$35 Early registration ends 11:59pm April 8th, 2107

$40 Late registration ends 11:59pm April 20th 2017
