Start time is at 10:00 a.m., so please be at the Chesapeake Isle pavilion by 9:30 to
get your packet and registration instructions.

(Don’t worry, you won’t have to run up the hill! The race starts at the top!)

If your new year’s resolution includes exercising more or just having fun, it doesn’t get any easier than this: a beautiful certified course right in your neighborhood! You can walk, you can run; you can invite your friends, and you can invite your family! So lace up those shoes, hit the roads, and get fit!

Exercise benefits your health, and proceeds benefit CICA!

Registration is only $25! Plus, all pre-registered participants get a heavyweight commemorative t-shirt,
food, drinks, swag, and bragging rights! Don’t miss your opportunity to participate!

If you are not able to do the 5k, you’re not off the hook! We NEED loads of volunteers. Let us know if you can help.
