Description

Mars Hill Elementary will be sponsoring its ninth annual 5K walk/run fundraiser on April 29th to help raise awareness of childhood obesity. The route will be the Bailey Street/Bruce Road "loop" which is 3.1 miles (5 kilometers). The 5k will be a culminating event of a week long focus on and discussion of the importance of exercise, fitness and nutrition.
