• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Come run with us on a beautiful spring morning to raise money for the The ALS Association and the Conshohocken Police Association!  This race is open to all and is meant to benefit the Conshy community.  Bring your whole family, your jogging strollers, your doggies to enjoy a great race through Sutcliffe Park and around our town.  100% of proceeds from this event go directly to The ALS Association and the Conshohocken Police Association.  To learn more about our wonderful local charities, please visit https://www.alsphiladelphia.org and https://www.facebook.com/ConshohockenPoliceAssociation.  Parking - We highly recommend runners, friends, volunteers and spectators to carpool or walk to Sutcliffe Park and to arrive as early as possible as streets will be closing around the park prior to the race start. There is limited street parking close to the start that is first come, first serve.  The race is in a residential neighborhood.  There is also a parking lot at 500 Brook Rd, Conshohocken PA 19428 that is a short walk from the start line.  Schedule: 8:00am - Race day bib pickup opens at Sutcliffe Park, race day registration if spots remain; 9:45am - Race day bib pickup closes, runners and walkers to starting line at Sutcliffe Park; 10:00am - The Conshy 5k Starts! 10:30am - Post race refreshments provided by our many local sponsors; 10:45am - Awards for Top 3 Male/Female overall and age group awards. Awards:1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female overall, age group awards.  Entry:  $30 pre-registered, $35 race day, limit 400 participants.  Course time limit: 1 Hour.  Register by April 1st to guarantee a race tshirt!  Sign up with a team of 10 or more or help fundraise and we'll show our appreciation with a unique race shirt!  The Conshy 5K is organized by Conshy Running, an open running community that was founded in April 2014 with the purpose to promote running and an active lifestyle within Conshohocken.  We are as much about running as we are about making new connections and building our community.  We meet 3 times a week and are open to all paces and faces!
