The Running Wild for Autism City Scramble and 5K  is one of Granbury's most anticipated Fun Runs of the year! This is our 3rd annual event and it's purpose is to raise awareness about Autism and other neuro-developmental differences. All proceeds from the event benefit the Lake Pointe Granbury Resource Center and Lake Pointe Academy. Serving Children and Families in OUR community. Kick-Off for BOTH events will start at Shanley Park in Granbury near the Square.

The 5K Fun Run will be a set course winding through Shanley Park. Run, walk or stroll your way and take in the sights of Downtown Granbury. All ages are able to participate. Strollers, pets (on leashes) and roller skates are welcome! THIS IS NON-CERTIFIED COURSE.

The City Scramble Adventure Race is for those who are Wild at Heart! It is a TEAM race that is part riddle and clue solving, part location hunt, part physical challenge and all PURE FUN! Teams of 2, 3 or 4 must solve riddles and clues to find locations and take photos of team members at the locations. There will also be 4 locations that will require team members to complete a physical challenge. Upon completion of physical challenges each team will receive a puzzle piece. ALL four puzzle pieces must be collected and turned in at the end of the race along with picture locations. The first team to make it to the finish is the winner!

Event details and schedule

General Parking - Granbury City Hall. Follow signs to Running Wild Registration. Also Parking Lot directly across from Shanley Park - corner of N. Houston and E. Rucker St.

Packet Pick-Up - 0730am at Shanley Park behind Granbury City Hall

Running Wild 5K - starts at 0830 am
