Dress for Success Triangle aims to empower women who have overcome many barriers to prepare and find a new job that will better position them in their career.

As part of our annual fundraiser for the SHRM Foundation, the RWHRMA in partnership with TSHRM, hosts a 5K and fun run fundraiser. The goal is the help the broader HR community and local community. We contribute a portion of our funds each year to a local charity. This year we selected and are working with Dress for Success Triangle. DFST helps women achieve economic independence and find employment.
