The AFD5K takes place on the beautiful trail inside Jefferson Barracks park.  The 2-mile course is on the walkway along the river. This event benefits both H.E.R.O.E.S. Care and myTEAM TRIUMPH of Southeast Missouri. All participants who register before May 6 are guaranteed an event t-shirt and goodie bag, and everyone will enjoy post-race refreshments.  Experience a military send-off as well as support along the course. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, walkers and runners.   Dog tag medals to all finishers.

The race starts at 10:00 am at the beautiful Gold Star shelter in Jefferson Barracks Park, 546 Bagby St, St Louis.     Awards to the overall male and female winners and to the top three males and females in the following age categories:   Under 14, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29. 30-34. 35-39. 40-44. 45-49. 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69. 70+.
