- Come join 3 time Olympian and 1984 Steeple Chase Bronze Medalist Brian Diemer for this flat, fast 5k. Our race features so many amazing highlights: 5k run, 5k walk, 5k hand cycle, 5k My Team Triumph, 1k Steeple Chase for kids, Jr. Jog for younger kids, soft race shirt, over $9,000 in prize money, top four age group awards, 6 live bands on the course, Brian's Band Battle, post race food, cake, we give to 6 charities, and if you can beat Brian you can win a donut!
