• Anyone Can Tri Sprint Triathlon:- Swim 300 Yards, Bike 11 Miles, Run 3..1 Miles
• Half Marathon:- Run 13.1 Miles
• 10 Mile run:- Run 10 Miles
• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles
• Kids Triathlon:- Swim 50 Yards, Bike 1 Mile, Run 1/2 Mile
• Kids 1 Mile Fun Run:- Kids Run 1 Mile

_ 2017 Spring Has Sprung Triathlon & Running Festival:

Join us on Sunday, May 7th in celebrating Spring at the Spring Has Sprung Distance Festival and 23rd Annual Anyone Can Tri Outdoor Triathlon in Memory of Chris Gleason. Online registration closes on Thursday, May 4th at 10:00am. There will be no day of registration for the Triathlon.

The schedule is as follows:

Event Schedule
7:30 am: Adult Triathlon
9:00 am: 10 Mile Run, 5K Run/Walk, and 13.1M Run
10:00 am: Kids 1 Mile Fun Run
11:30 am: Kid's Triathlon 

Triathlon Distances
Kids 8 and under: 25 yard swim / 0.5 mile bike / 0.25 mile run
Kids 9-13: 50 yard swim / 1 mile bike / 0.5 mile run
Adults: 350 yard swim / 11 mile bike / 5k run 

Pool swim is at The YMCA.
Bike & run course it throughout the town of Clifton Park.

Take I-87 to Exit 9
Take Route 146 W to second traffic light, turn left at traffic light onto Clifton Country Road. 
Turn right onto Wall STreet. 
The YMCA is at the end of Wall Street.
