Join us for the 2nd Annual Delmarva Dirt Dash, a mud and obstacle race designed for participants ages 15 and older. This 5k course takes you through wooded areas and fields, over creeks and climbing walls, and tests you on a variety of challenges including ice, monkey bars, a half-pipe, holes, and, of course… MUD!

NEW THIS YEAR! Battle of the Businesses. 
Local Businesses - here's your chance to battle it out for fame and glory. Your team of four will particpate in a relay-style race against other local teams.

ALSO NEW THIS YEAR! A Competitive, TIMED Wave.
For those who take their mud-running seriously, we are happy to offer a TIMED, competitive wave at the Dirt Dash this year.

Proceeds from the event will go toward the Greenwood Mennonite School Athletic Department, with 15% donated toward the Ahsya Memorial Fund. Ahsya was a second grader at Greenwood Mennonite School who passed away earlier this school year due to a Congenital Heart Defect. Things to Know:

  • Please plan to arrive 30-60 minutes before your scheduled start time.
  • This is a RAIN or SHINE event!
  • This is also a family friendly event: Shirts and Shorts are required.
  • Packet pick-up is the morning prior to your race.
  • All participants receive a medal and free t-shirt. 
  • The annual Spring Festival is also taking place that day. Plan to arrive early for their famous All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast to fuel up before the run, or plan to stick around after and check out the food and craft booths, auction, and live music.
