Firefighter's Fitness Challenge & Run

• 4.5 Mile Run:- Run 4.5 Miles

Two seperate events!  A 4.5 mile run around Greenfield Lake's loop and a multi-stage combination of high intensity cross-training excercises inspired by the physical demands of being a firefighter.  Challenging, but for all fitness levels.

All proceeds go to Deayion's Scholorship

$120 per team ($150 per team after May1)
